| The SAN LUIS OBISPO ART CENTER presents a discriminating mix of fine traditional work and cutting-edge art and crafts by California artists in three galleries. Centrally located in Mission Plaza, the Art Center provides exhibitions, classes for all ages, and arts events that enrich the cultural life of the Central Coast. A 501(c)(3) non-profit arts organization, the Art Center is supported in part by tax-deductible donations. | |||||||

ARTS Space Obispo is located in the old Creamery building in downtown San Luis Obispo and features art programs of all types: poetry readings, intimate musical events, workshops, film and video viewings, displays of visual art, etc.
The space adjoins the offices of ARTS Obispo, the SLO County Arts Council. Exhibitions and programs designed to meet ARTS Obispo’s mission to advance the arts in San Luis Obispo County rotate monthly with special receptions and performances held during Art After Dark. |
